Our boxing classes, guarantee you an intense stress relief workout and lots of fun. Boxing is a great cardio and fat burning exercise that will quickly improve your fitness and tone up your whole body. Boxing and other drills are included so that participants not only get great looking shoulders, arms, abs, legs and butt but also improves your reaction time, stamina, and overall fitness. Correct boxing techniques are taught ensuring a more effective workout.

This Fitness slot is suitable for anyone. It is a very good workout for exercising the full body. This session is not only effective, it is also taught by a Experienced Boxer.He will put you through your paces teaching you combinations used by his fellow professional boxers. Start toning those muscles with some functional exercises on the Power Plate. You’ll then get the heart pumping punching your way to success.

By making your body your machine you can train every muscle through your body in no time at all. Because our bodies move to the side, backwards, forwards and diagonally. Shouldn't we train the same way? Unlike traditional weight training that tends to be in one direction, Suspension Training encourages multiplier training (to the front, to the side and rotational) which integrates all your motions and mimics real life movement. This will bring a muscular balance to you body and prevent injuries, improve posture and increase overall strength. This is because all of our movements are powered by the torso - the abs and back work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.
